Biography:
Chef Bouche is a minor character from Disney's 1991 animated film, Beauty and the Beast. He is a chef who works in the castle of the Beast, formerly Prince Adam.
Like many of the castle's staff, Chef Bouche was transformed into an enchanted object by the curse placed upon the Prince. In his case, he became a stove. However, his face manifests on the stove's oven door, allowing him to continue speaking and, to some extent, interacting with others.
Chef Bouche is shown preparing and serving the elaborate "Be Our Guest" dinner for Belle when she is first taken to the castle. He enthusiastically sings along with the other enchanted objects, eager to please their guest and potentially break the curse. Although a minor character, he contributes to the castle's warm and inviting atmosphere.
He is voiced by Brian Cummings in the original animated film.
